StafkingsOnline, hereinafter "Stafkings", respects the privacy of all users of our internet tools and we intend to protect your privacy. We acknowledge that our access to your identity and use of your personal information must be strictly limited to our part in the employment process and that you have certain rights related to this information. Stafkings' Privacy Policy attempts to fully disclose the information gathering and privacy practices utilized by our internet tools. Stafkings' Privacy Policy applies to our internet tools only, and does not apply to the way we collect and store personal information in any other form or means, including in-person interviews and internal databases. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to external internet links that are not under the domain and control of Stafkings. Further, Stafkings is in no way responsible for the content contained in websites linked to or from our internet tools or the privacy practices of those sites.

Stafkings' internet tools were developed to enhance our applicants, employees, and customer's employment process. To this end, we are required to secure pertinent demographic and biographic information from all interested parties for review, analysis, and dissemination as required.

Applicants

Stafkings' internet tools do require personal information about job applicants. Providing this information is completely voluntarily. We only ask for this information in attempt to find suitable employment for you. If you decide to voluntarily provide information about yourself, or submit a resume, we do make this information available to current and potential customer employer's that may or may not include any personally identifying information such as, your name, address, phone number, resume information, or email address. At no time do we request, collect, maintain, or disseminate our applicant's social security identification number.

Stafkings will delete any and all information about job applicants from all of our internet tools if you send a request via email to privacy@stafkings.com. Stafkings is not responsible for the removal of any information previously disseminated to our potential customer employers. Further, Stafkings is not responsible for the removal of applicant information from our internal databases. Personal information that is voluntarily submitted by you will be retained or destroyed according to the extent of the law.

Customers

Stafkings' internet tools require information about our customers. This information may be used to develop a customer account, enter a job order, or create a customer user profile to gain access to applicant and employee information. We intend to list customer information as necessary to facilitate the employment relationship between our applicants, employees, and customers. Job orders may contain identifying information of our customers, including customer name, unless our customer specifically requests an anonymous job order posting.

Third Party Involvement

Stafkings may utilize a third party in conducting our services. All third parties will be asked to comply with our Privacy Policy but are only governed by their own privacy policies and Stafkings is in no way responsible for their conduct.

Sharing of Personal Information

Stafkings may access or disclose a user's personal information if such action is necessary to comply with judicial, administrative or other governmental subpoenas, warrants, or where we deem necessary at our sole discretion in order to protect the safety of users of our website or members of the public.

Except as described herein, and to the means necessary to find suitable employment, Stafkings will not disclose a user's personal information outside of Stafkings without that person's consent.

Protection of Personal Information

Stafkings employs the best technologies and practices known to us to protect our users' personal information from loss, misuse, or theft, but we cannot guarantee the security of this information. Further, Stafkings cannot guarantee that third parties may not obtain this information illegally, or use this information in a malicious manner, and Stafkings shall be held harmless in the event of such a breach.

Intended Audience

Stafkings internet tools are intended for employment age adults 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

HTTP Cookies

Stafkings internet tools may utilize cookies to enhance your online experience. A cookie may be used for authenticating, tracking, and maintaining specific information about users, such as site preferences. You may set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the option of whether to accept it. You may also set your browser to turn off cookies which may inhibit some features of Stafkings internet tools. All cookies may be removed by following simple browser help directions.

Advertising

Stafkings may allow third-party advertisers to display advertisements on our internet tools. Stafkings does not control these advertisements, and is not responsible for their content. These third party advertisers may place cookies on a user's computer so that they may recognize the computer when it sends an advertisement. This allows them to compile information about the use of a user's computer and which ads were clicked, thereby permitting them to target ads to this person.

Our Staff

All Stafkings employees are expected to have reviewed our Privacy Policy and must adhere to it. As a HIPAA compliant company, each of us understands the importance of maintaining a high level of security and discretion in all efforts that deal with personal information.

If a user of any of Stafkings internet tools should have any questions, concerns or general comments regarding Stafkings Privacy Policy, or believe we have violated any portion of

Stafkings will occasionally update our Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of this statement. If there are material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will provide notification beforehand by prominently posting a notice of such change on our webpage.
